Shipping policy

All US Shipping is FREE on orders over $99.00.

The subtotal must be over $99 after any discounts or credit is applied in order to qualify for the free shipping. Canadian orders are responsible for paying for all shipping charges at this time. Any orders under $99 will have a $10 shipping charge. We do also offer UPS Ground Shipping which will get the package to you 2-3 days sooner than Economy Shipping for $15 or Express shipping (2 day) for $25. Please note that there is still a 1-3 day processing time for these orders, but we do our best to make these orders a priority to get them shipped out as soon as possible. NOTE: If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we are unable to 2 day your package, but we do suggest choosing the Standard UPS Ground shipping option so that we can ship it out Ground to get it there sooner. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes at this time since we ship UPS Ground, please provide a physical address for the package to be delivered to.

We use UPS for all our shipping needs. Please make sure to enter your correct mailing address. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item is returned to us for an incorrect address you are responsible for purchasing it back from the USPS and reshipping the item. Please contact us for assistance if you are shipping to a military address such as an APO

We process orders as promptly as possible. You will receive an email once the order is printed and taken to our warehouse to begin the packing stage. Typically items ship with in 3-7 business days however this can change in peak times. All US holidays we will not ship on. Please allow an additional 1-7 days for delivery depending on your location. Monthly boxes will ship on the date stated. We are not responsible for natural weather delays on expedited orders as they are out of our control.

Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it. If you do need it by a certain date please reach out to us so we can help you get it expedited!
