What is considered a business day?
Monday-Friday is considered business days excluding all holidays that land on the days listed.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders as promptly as possible. Typically items ship with in 5-7 business days however this can change in peak times. All US holidays we will not ship on. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for delivery depending on your location. Monthly boxes will ship on the date stated. We are not responsible for natural weather delays on expedited orders as they are out of our control.
My address is incorrect what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at 419-363-9005 to correct your address prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
What if my package shows delivered but I do not have it?
Please contact your local USPS with the tracking number to locate it. We are not responsible for any packages once they leave our facility. However please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help assist you.
Does Betsey's Boutique offer International Shipping?
We currently do not ship internationally however we do ship to all Military Addresses.
What do I do if the item is damaged after I have worn it?
Due to the fact that we can’t verify how the item was damaged all items are final sale once they are washed or worn.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds at this time. All returns are in store credit only.
How long does a return take to process?
Returns can take 7-10 business days to process. We will contact you once the return was received.
My package was stolen..what should I do?
We recommend you contact your local authorities immediately. Betsey’s is not responsible for any stolen packages.
Can I return my online order to a store?
Unfortunately we can not process online orders in our stores. Please ship them back to us and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
You can purchase a Gift Card by adding it to your cart and selecting the desired amount.
Do you have any locations to shop in person at?
Can I exchange my item?
Due to our items selling out so rapidly please return the item and place a new order for the size you would like? We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Can I pick my items in store?
At this time due to our warehouses being off site we do not offer in store pick up.
My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
